What the site collects
- Contact-form details: name, email address, organisation, launch or review deadline, AI app / agent / vendor / regulated scope, main blocker, and preferred call window.
- Email metadata and message content created when the form sends a brief through Resend.
- Basic technical and security data needed to deliver, protect, and verify the site through Cloudflare and Turnstile, such as request metadata, IP address, approximate country, and verification outcome.
- Optional analytics data if you accept analytics cookies and scripts.

- To understand aggregate site usage after analytics consent.

- Enquiries and pre-contract discussions: legitimate interests and steps requested before entering into a contract.
- Site operation, security, anti-spam checks, and abuse prevention: legitimate interests in running and protecting the site.
- Optional Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics: consent, which you can change through Cookie settings.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, including Turnstile verification on the contact form. Resend sends contact-form email. Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics are used only after optional analytics consent is accepted on this site.These providers may process data outside the UK or EEA under their contractual safeguards.Retention
How long I keep it
Contact-form enquiries that do not become active work are normally kept for up to 24 months, unless earlier deletion is requested and there is no need to keep the record.Messages, contracts, invoices, and related records connected with active or past work may be kept longer where needed for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or relationship-management reasons.Security, delivery, and analytics data held by Cloudflare, Resend, or Google is retained according to their service settings and policies.Analytics preferences are stored in your browser until you change them or clear browser storage.Rights
